Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm ( 12 hours per week on Medical Director responsibilities, 28 hours per week as Primary Care clinician)

Position Details :

Patient Population : Adult and geriatric patients

Setting : Outpatient

Responsibilities : Oversee and guide outpatient care, supervise primary care clinicians, optimize EMR and implement best practices, collaborate with healthcare team, participate in call rotation

Required Procedures : Primary care management

EMR System : Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation

Support Staff : RN Team leader, MA

Days Per Month : Full-time

On-Call / Weekends : TBD, likely 1 : 4

Submission Requirements :

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
• NH license (or willingness to obtain) Required
• BLS, ACLS (or willingness to obtain) Required
• 5+ years of recent Outpatient Primary Care experience Required
• Current or previous leadership experience Required
• Clean malpractice / license Highly Preferred
