This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm
• Required Cases : Gastrointestinal only
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : Independent
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
• License required or willing to license : Active Arizona license required
