Onsite in Lansing MI

WORK SCHEDULE : Hours of Operation :

Monday-Friday- 8 AM-4 : 30 PM

Hourly Rate : $16.50 Full-Time

Principal Duties / Responsibilities : Processor Associate

  • Provide administrative / clerical support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry or similar activities.
  • Review documents process documents in a timely matter
  • Moderate outbound call volume in an office setting
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of data / assigned work.
  • Ability to compare and find mismatches / errors.
  • Handle multiple assignments.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality informational accuracy and production.
  • Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
  • All other duties as assigned.

    • Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to meet the requirements of a background check and fingerprinting.
  • Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Good attendance / punctuality
  • 2 years of customer service experience.

    • Preferred Qualifications and Success Factors :

  • Accurate typing skills
  • Attention to detail / accurate typing skills
  • 2 Years of Medical Coding
  • Processing experience
