Up to $15,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN

Summary

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to the Emergency / Trauma patient. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on need of the patient and family members. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, IQ, Infection control, with the goal being to discharge the patient from the observation unit with an optimum level of care provided.
