Recruiter Opportunity

Volt is immediately hiring a Recruiter for a local company in Irvine CA. As a Recruiter you will :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across eCommerce and agricultural operations.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
• Source candidates for positions in admin, clerical, call center and more through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports for HR leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends in agri-tech and eCommerce talent markets

This is a full-time Remote 2 month+ opportunity. The ideal candidate will have :

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Remote)
