Recruiter Opportunity

Volt is immediately hiring a Recruiter for a local company in Irvine Ca. As a Recruiter you will :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across eCommerce and agricultural operations.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports for HR leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends in agri-tech and eCommerce talent markets.

This is a full-time Remote 2 month+ opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

Schedule :

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Remote)

Pay Rate : $30-33 hour

Pay rate offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidates education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
