Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' of major gift frontline fundraising experience, preferably in higher education. A strong preference is given to candidates with estate planning certification. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of planned giving vehicles, estate planning, and tax law, and a proven ability to meet or exceed fundraising goals. The ideal candidate will be adept at securing meetings, qualifying prospects, and preparing compelling proposals, as well as having experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
