Validate invoices and respond to vendor email inquiries related to invoice processing. Audit employee expense reports and assist employees with report submissions. Provide live chat support to employees regarding corporate credit card inquiries. Work finance cases and respond to off-hour employee inquiries. Create and maintain spreadsheets and documents to support accounts payable operations. Identify and resolve discrepancies in expense reports and credit card statements independently. Ensure compliance with company attendance, punctuality, and break policies. Consistently meet performance goals by managing time effectively and maintaining focus throughout the day. Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements. Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing excellent service. At least 1 year of experience in finance (payment / invoicing / accounting) Self-starter with a high level of initiative Proficient in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing. Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to add and remove information in cells, highlight and format cells, add and delete rows, and navigate between cells and tabs within the same file
Pay rate : $16 / hr
