RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy and Vision :
- Develop a multi-year technology roadmap to improve sales capabilities integrating technology, data and operational processes
- Maintain and updated quarterly & annual roadmaps to consistently deliver business value focusing as efficiency and AM experience
Product Development :
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, success, QA, infrastructure etc.) to develop and launch new products or featuresPrioritize features, create user stories, and define requirementsDesign product features by synthesizing client feedback and market intelligence. Build products that are scalable, resilient, available, flexible, and elegantly address business needsMarket and User Research :
Stay up to date on trends in Asset Management and Sales TechnologyGather and analyze user feedback to inform product developmentConduct research to understand user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape Stakeholder Management :Build strong relationships with key users and engage with them to understand needs and pain pointsGather feedback through regular user interviews, surveys, and focus groupsServe as the primary contact for all stakeholders, including executives, users, and internal teamsPresent updates, roadmaps, and product metrics to stakeholdersEnsure all stakeholders are aligned with product vision and strategy Product Analytics :Make data-driven decisions to enhance the product and meet business objectivesLeverage metrics to drive engagement, adoption, and user satisfaction. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of spend and ensure investments deliver valuePlatform Success :
Collaborate with platform success to develop launch strategies, product training and marketing materialsREQUIREMENTS :
In-depth understanding of the Asset Management business including multiple client types and sales technology systemsExperience with SaaS platforms such as Dynamics / Salesforce and PowerBI / Tableau preferredExpertise in Product ManagementSkilled at managing competing priorities to deliver as part of a collaborative cross- functional teamStrong consultative skills ranging from in gathering competitor insights, problem solving, analytics, strategy development, influencing, facilitation, managing conflicts, and consensus buildingBroad knowledge across software systems and solutions developmentFocus on UI / UXThorough understanding of scrum practicesGlobal outlookHighly motivated and experienced leader with 8+ years of experience driving Technology / Digital Products in Asset or Wealth ManagementExceptional track record delivering successful digital productsExpertise in Sales Technology is strongly preferred. Experience in sales and servicing technology is desirableBachelor's in engineering, computer science, or equivalent career experience is required. MBA or CFA is a plus but not requiredPIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.Salary Range : $ 168,000.00 - $ 240,000.00
