What You'll Be Doing : Your Role as Party Coordinator

As a Party Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of creating unforgettable celebrations for our guests. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Organizing and managing events to ensure every party is a success.
  • Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and bringing their vision to life.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Ensuring the party area is prepped, clean, and ready for fun.
  • Handling event logistics, from setup to teardown, with a keen eye for detail.

What We’re Looking For : Skills and Qualifications

To shine in this role, you’ll need :

  • At least 1 year of experience in event coordination, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently while being a team player.
