Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our imaging team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging and compassionate patient care, playing a crucial role in supporting accurate diagnoses and effective treatments.

Job Description

As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will perform a wide range of ultrasound procedures, ensuring exceptional image quality and patient safety. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic support.

Responsibilities include :

Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures in accordance with established protocols.

Clearly explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort throughout the process.

Accurately document and communicate findings to interpreting physicians.

Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment in a safe and effective manner.

Uphold standards for patient privacy, safety, and quality of care.

Requirements

Completion of a 12-month program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or General Ultrasound.

RDMS certification through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), or eligibility with registration required within one year of hire.

Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

Ability to perform a broad range of diagnostic ultrasound exams.
