Job Summary :

The Dental Treatment Coordinator serves as the liaison between patients and the dental team. This role focuses on presenting treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities :

• Present and explain dental treatment plans and associated costs
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups
• Verify insurance coverage and help patients understand their benefits
• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
• Assist in front desk duties as needed
• Provide outstanding customer service
