Therapist LCSW / LCPC, Full time, 4 days / wk

Wellspring Behavioral Health in Eagle, Idaho is offering outpatient individual counseling to adults, teens and children addressing needs across the mental health spectrum. We are seeking a skilled therapist who is interested in working alongside us to provide collaborative, holistic care for your clients.

We are recruiting a talented Full-Time Therapist (4 days a week) with an LCSW or LCPC in Idaho who has experience with any of the following : EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal, DBT, CBT, play therapy, art therapy, addiction therapy, or various modalities that you would like to offer to clients in an outpatient setting. EMDR or IFS certification is of special interest! If you don't specialize in any one area, but find yourself to be an out-of-the-box thinker and relationship-driven Therapist, this may also be a good fit for you.

• Job Summary :

The Outpatient Therapist will provide individual therapy in an office setting. Teletherapy can be an option if demand from clients and insurance plans warrant.

The standard schedule for full-time Therapists will be approximately 32 client sessions per week on a 4 day work week, your choice of Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri. Hours are 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm.

• Responsibilities and Duties :
• Provide Outpatient Therapy in standard 50-60 minute blocks
• Complete Assessments
• Complete Treatment Plans
• Complete Progress Notes
• Provide input about the best strategies, techniques, and services to offer to help as many people as possible
• Be an integral part of the growth and development of Wellspring Behavioral Health
• Qualifications & Skills :
• Must be licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of Idaho, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
• Experience working with diverse populations
