WORKING TITLE : INFORMATION SPECIALIST III
This open competitive advertisement is for an OPS (Other Personal Services) position located at Central Office in the Office of Citizen Services.
The mission of the Office of Citizen Services within the Florida Department of Corrections is to serve as a liaison between the Department and the public. This office is dedicated to providing accurate and timely information, addressing concerns and inquiries from citizens, and fostering transparency and trust.
This position is not a Telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.

BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENT
