NVIDIA is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join the Legal Department and support the Company’s strategic investment efforts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience coordinating the processes of venture capital financings and handling regulatory matters such as antitrust, foreign direct investment, and securities laws. This position also demands experience collaborating with senior management and the ability to engage optimally with employees across all levels of the company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Evaluate, structure, negotiate, draft, and provide advice on strategic investments in private and public companies, including SAFEs, debt / equity securities, and registered investments in public companies
• Review and draft NDAs, deal structures, term sheets, LOIs, due diligence, and other legal documents
• Lead cross‑functional teams to complete transactions
• Assist in legal due diligence across corporate, commercial, IP, and other areas, bringing to bear internal legal specialists
• Negotiate and draft commercial and collaboration agreements related to strategic investments and partnerships
• Develop strategies to improve the deal process and execution

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5, and 280,000 USD - 442,750 USD for Level 6. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
