A company is looking for a Retirement Consolidation Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Provide education and advisory services on asset consolidation planning to retirement plan participants and partners Conduct best interest interviews to assess participants' situations and recommend consolidation approaches Facilitate the movement of terminated plan assets and assist with plan enrollment for new participants Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience Experience as a retirement plan specialist or two years of relevant financial services experience FINRA Series 6 or 7; Series 63 and Series 65 or 66 (or obtain within six months of hire) Customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and MS Office
