Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Provide services for VA PHNPO National Public Health Reference Laboratory (PHRL)
• Perform high complexity molecular testing (whole genome sequencing RT-PCR MLST antibody / antigen testing)
• Support outbreak investigations & national biodefense strategy
• Evaluate / prep specimens conduct quality control troubleshoot assays
• Maintain Lab Information Management (LIM) connectivity for all 150 VA medical centers.
