As the Technical Solutions Technology Provider Team Lead, you will manage a team of technical solutions specialists (TSS) who act as strategic consultants to partners working to accelerate Walmart Connect product adoption and improve technical solutions for our joint customers. Your responsibilities include mentoring and leading your TSS team associates, managing and growing strong client relationships, maintaining the technical health of tiered partners, scoping projects, unlocking strategic opportunities, collaborating across external and internal stakeholders, and fostering a positive team culture. You will track progress towards achievement of targets and effectively navigate the relationships between Walmart Connect and our Partners to drive optimal advertising performance and client success.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with leadership to shape the Technical Solutions strategy to enable the team’s largest partner cohort and most complex engagements.
• Lead a team of technical solution specialists working with one of Walmart Connect’s most critical partner segments.
• Set clear goals and direction for the team and each individual; provide regular feedback on the associate’s performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Partner Development Managers to establish business plan objectives.
• Accountable for thought leadership activity putting forward new topics of interest and championing creative strategic thinking.
• Monitor performance of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Video and Display and identify opportunities to help the team improve feature adoption across new product releases.
• Oversee product roadmap sessions driving prioritization for Walmart Connect features and work with team and internal stakeholders to accelerate time to support across partners.
• Ensure effective communication across internal teams as well as partners.
• Ensure the satisfaction of associate development, engagement, and foster the growth of their career and user work.
• Hire and retain top technical talent as the team scales.
