responsibilities :

Develop and maintain clients' websites and perform standard updates on the site Work with the inhouse backend platform and figure out ways to integrate all websites with the backend Create and deploy new websites out of new concepts and designs Ensure that all elements, templates, and finished solutions work with a variety of browser types and screen-settings along

with the constraints set by development and design Participate in efforts to improve quality of websites and other electronic publications as required

qualifications and experience :

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar position Skilled in Web 2.0 technologies like Html, DHTML, CSS, Javascript & JSP technologies Ability to work with Adobe photoshop and be well versed with graphic design concepts Needs to be hands on with frameworks like Ajax, JQuery, Yahoo UI, Google Maps, Google Adsense, Google Analytics etc. Knowledge about browser compatibility issues across browsers and versions Self motivated, excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as team member Basic Database and SQL knowledge is preferred Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field preferred.
