Job Description

Pride Health is seeking candidates for an Entry-Level Phlebotomist / Greeter role in Tampa, FL (33607).

This is a contract position with a high possibility of converting to full-time .

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 1st shift
  • Rotational Saturdays
  • 40 hours / week

Pay Rate

$17.75 / hr (based on experience, expertise, and education)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients during check-in (lobby, kiosks, tablets)
  • Support patients by answering questions and ensuring a smooth registration experience
  • Cover teammates during breaks to maintain workflow and appointment availability
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to improve patient satisfaction and center efficiency
  • Opportunity to train into a Phlebotomist role with hands-on mentorship (6–12 months)

    • Candidate Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service experience (required)
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred, not required
  • Strong client-facing background (Retail, Home Health, Caregiving, etc.)
  • Must be reliable, committed to long-term growth, and eager to learn
  • Bilingual candidates may be required depending on site
  • Must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Reliable transportation required
