  • Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in change management, process improvement, or training. 3+ years in documentation, training development, or system implementation.
  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM or enterprise systems experience preferred.
  • Change Expertise : Familiarity with methodologies like ADKAR or Kotter a plus.
