We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst with experience, knowledge, and a strong drive for quality.
The Senior QA Analyst will take an influential role in ensuring our software meets the highest standards of quality through strategic planning, manual and automated testing, and team collaboration. Working alongside a team dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement, this individual will play a pivotal role in advancing our QA processes and mentoring team members.

This is an in-person position located in Grapevine, TX.

Job Responsibilities Include :
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality at all stages of the development cyclePerform and oversee functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for windows, web, and mobile applications
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective strategiesManage bug tracking, ensuring timely logging, prioritization, and resolution of defects using tools like JIRA or similarDrive the development and maintenance of advanced automated test scripts to support continuous testing and enhance coverage
Conduct performance and load testing to assess application stability under varying conditionsAnalyze test results, provide detailed reports, and offer actionable insights to improve product qualityAct as a mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, including tool and methodology adoption to enhance testing efficiencyEnsure compliance with industry best practices, quality standard, and regulatory requirementsQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferredFive (5)+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes requiredPharmacy software or healthcare technology solutions experience is a plusISTQB Advanced Level Certification or similar professional QA certifications preferredProven expertise in manual testing, test case design, and execution across various platforms (web, desktop, mobile)Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar)Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in collaborative, fast-paced development environmentsHands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps tools for QA integration preferredProficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr)Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automated testing and process optimization preferredExperience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plusExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams to achieve quality goalsCome work at Liberty Software!
