A well-established manufacturing company in Fresno is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support its sales team with logistics coordination, customer documentation, and administrative support. This is a full-time, on-site role offering stability, variety, and career growth.
Position Overview
This role blends administrative, logistics, and customer service responsibilities. You’ll be preparing shipping documents, coordinating freight, handling DMV paperwork, and maintaining organized sales records. The position also includes supporting company marketing efforts, including social media updates.
Key Responsibilities
Process shipments accurately in the ERP system
Create packing slips and confirm shipping details with customers
Coordinate with freight brokers to schedule shipments
Handle DMV paperwork and obtain necessary documentation
Maintain organized files and records for sales transactions
Provide general administrative support to the sales team
Assist with updating and maintaining social media accounts
Pay & Schedule
Pay : $25–$30 / hr (based on experience)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM–4 : 00 PM
Occasional overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
Prior administrative, logistics, or sales support experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and able to work independently when needed
Marketing or social media support experience is a plus
