• Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in the Mission Critical, Data Centers, Control Systems industries with over 5 years in a supervisory capacity. - Execution of Mission Critical, Data Center Engineering and / or Control Systems Engineering projects over $20M
• PMP / PMI certification with a proven track record in project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in technical disciplines like electrical, mechanical, and controls.
• Skilled in resource scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera.
• Expert in Risk Management, Budget and Expense Management.
• Ability to navigate a matrix leadership environment, with strong team collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to identify, mitigate, and resolve complex project issues.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for presenting updates to large audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership in resource planning and conflict resolution. - Expertise in technical disciplines IE electrical, mechanical, control systems. - Lead hiring and development of organization and Project Managers. - Ability to travel approx. 30%
