Our client, a leading logistics organization, is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the logistics operations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Logistics Customer Service Representative Location : Pharr, TX Pay Range : $11.00 Shift : 50+ hours per week. 7AM to 5 / 6PM

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and account details.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
