Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Digital Engineering Manager (K Level) to support our team based in Everett Washington . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a positive forward thinking and energetic team of technical and engineering professionals to support BCA Digital Engineering organizational objectives and Leadership focus this role you will support leadership managing the integration development and / or execution of technical roadmaps and multi-million-dollar digital investments across BCA engineering functions in alignment with Digital Transformation program objectives and enterprise digital engineering strategy.

Position Responsibilities :

• Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Engineering Product Lifecycle.
• Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes. Manages develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
