The Home Care Administrator / Operator plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Brooklyn-based office , ensuring seamless service delivery across New York City's five boroughs. This position is essential for maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high standards of care in a fast-paced home care environment. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Administrator / Operator will drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of excellence to support our mission of providing unparalleled home health services. This is a full-time, in-office role located in Brooklyn, New York, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and caregivers alike.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operational activities, including staff scheduling, client intake processes, and service coordination to ensure timely and effective care delivery across the five boroughs.
• Lead and mentor a team of administrative, clinical, and support staff, promoting professional development, performance evaluations, and team collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including New York State Department of Health standards, JCAHO accreditation requirements, and Medicaid guidelines.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial reporting, including monitoring expenses related to staffing, supplies, and program administration.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare partners, and community organizations to expand service reach and support business growth.
• Handle client and family inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and conduct regular assessments to align services with individual needs.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track key performance indicators, such as client outcomes, staff productivity, and program utilization.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to support specialized programs like CDPAP, NHTD, pediatric care, and therapy services.
• Participate in emergency response planning and on-call rotations as needed to address urgent operational needs.

Compensation :

The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. For seasoned veteran professionals with extensive relevant expertise, compensation can be doubled, exclusively based on prior experiences and demonstrated achievements in homecare or healthcare operations.
