Responsibilities
- Program Leadership : Design and implementprehensive program plans clearly defining scope objectives and timelines. Lead daily activities aligned with organizational goals and drive sustainable initiatives. Coordinate internal teams assign tasks and ensure accountability to achieve program milestones Own the program lifecycle from inception topletion including coordinating analytical requests; analyzing output; summarizing results and making program rmendations based on the findings.
- Tracking and Reporting : Monitor program progress against benchmarks develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular status reports for leadership. Work with data enablement teams to capture and leverage data for tracking reporting and future analysis. Strategicmunication & Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for programmunications. Facilitate meetings provide updates on status risks and opportunities and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Problem Solving & Risk Management : Proactively identify potential obstacles develop and implement mitigation strategies and analyze data to inform decisions that improve retention and operational processes. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement : Continuously assess and enhance processes to capture lessons learned and optimize workflows. Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to improve operational performance.
- Documentation & Quality Assurance : Maintainprehensive program documentation including project plans timelines budgets and progress reports. Regularly review the quality of work with the team to ensure program standards are met.
Skills / Abilities :
Program Management : Proven experience in managing programs from inception topletion with a strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools.Analytical Skills : Exceptional quantitative and qualitative problem-solving abilities with a strong ability to analyzeplex data and derive actionable insights.Strategic Thinking : Ability to align program objectives with long-term organizational goals anticipating challenges and driving business initiatives through effectivemunication.Organizational Skills : Highly organized individual adept at managing multiple work streams prioritizing effectively and meeting deadlines.Relationship Management : Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum of 2 years of experience in program or project management.Minimum of 4 years relevant experience with operations experience cross-functional activities relationship building leading programs with multiple stakeholders.Proven track record of successfully managingplex projects and programs achieving measurable results and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Physical Requirements :
Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites.
