PR and Marketing Specialist

HYTE, a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge PC components and peripherals is on the lookout for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Public Relations Specialist to join the team. As our Public Relations Specialist, you will work closely with our Public Relations Manager to drive HYTE’s product launches, support the brand at the various events we attend, while continually strategizing and executing promotional campaigns to elevate HYTE in the hardware and consumer technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive awareness of HYTE’s lineup. This includes leveraging various channels such as traditional media, influencer partnerships, and digital platforms.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key tech, hardware, and gaming stakeholders. Act as a primary contact for media inquiries and interview requests.
• Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other materials that communicate key messages, product launches, and company updates. Craft engaging and persuasive narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to coordinate, and oversee events and product launches to ensure seamless execution and memorable experiences for maximum awareness.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage, provide timely reports on campaign performance, and leverage insights to optimize future initiatives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, emerging platforms, and consumer behaviors to identify PR strategies, promotional opportunities, and anticipated challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and other departments, to align messaging, ensure consistency with communications, and maximize opportunities. Leverage internal expertise and resources to amplify PR efforts and drive cohesive brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide PR insights and recommendations to ensure campaign success and alignment with overall brand strategy for maximum reach and impact.
• Proactively manage crisis communication plans, protocols, and reputation with iBUYPOWER’s Public Relations Manager, ensuring swift and effective responses to potential issues. Co-develop various SOPs to ensure seamless preparation and planning for product launches, events, and other promotional initiatives.
