PSC Group is now hiring a highly motivated, full-time, procurement specialist to support our indirect procurement efforts. This position is based at PSC Group headquarters in Pasadena, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of procurement / supply chain management experience, ensuring cost-effective, strategic-minded, sourcing of indirect materials, equipment, and services. This is a regular full-time position with potential advancement opportunities. Work Schedule :   Monday - Friday; 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Coordinate procurement of indirect materials (e.g., PPE, uniforms, MRO, equipment)
• Manage purchase orders from requisition through delivery and invoice payment
• Identify and qualify new suppliers; maintain strong relationships with existing vendors
• Develop and manage RFQs / RFPs and recommend award decisions
• Negotiate and maintain long-term supplier agreements
• Support product catalog management and requisition system training
• Resolve supplier compliance, performance, and invoicing issues
• Monitor market trends and analyze data to drive cost savings and process improvements
• Publish procurement reports and support continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to company-wide initiatives
• Completes any other task assigned
