- Office Apps Admin portal AKA Cloud Updates by Microsoft to update M365 Enterprise apps organization wide
- Experience implementation and deployment projectsMigration, troubleshooting, design and system delivery experience
- Proofpoint mail protection productsDesired
- Microsoft Defender features and tools
- Exchange RBAC roles and following Principle of Least Privilege
- Advanced understanding of retention policies, DLP, and legal hold
- Using Jira for writing stories and following Agile SCRUM ways of working
- Analyzing new features or product changes and envisioning how they impact the stakeholders and business workflows
- Documenting processes and systems for further use by the team
- Outlook Calendaring and AV technology
- Teams and Azure Active Directory technologies.
- Service-now Ticketing Tools
