We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone with estimating experience who’s ready to take ownership of both bidding and managing commercial construction projects. If you’re skilled in PlanSwift, confident in your ability to win work, and capable of seeing projects through to completion, we want to hear from you.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare accurate and competitive bids using PlanSwift for projects ranging from $10,000 to $4 million
- Manage awarded projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Coordinate with general contractors, suppliers, and internal field teams to resolve scope, sequencing, and material issues
- Lead subcontractor and vendor procurement efforts, ensuring timely delivery and cost control
- Maintain project documentation and support jobsite visits to ensure safety and performance
- Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
