Contingent Strategic Sourcing Manager

This is a 5 month contract, full-time (40 hours / week), remote role with core availability required between 8am - 5pm Pacific Coast hours. Summary We are seeking a hands-on, highly responsive, and detail-oriented Strategic Sourcing Manager to support fast-paced, high-turnaround procurement needs. This role is critical for ensuring efficient execution of sourcing requests across multiple business areas while maintaining compliance and process integrity. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, serving as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or strategic sourcing within fast-paced or technology-driven environments
• Passion for procurement and vendor management with a strong foundation in sourcing execution, contract coordination, and supplier engagement
• Proficient in Workday, ServiceNow, and other ticketing or sourcing platforms, with strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiar with RFP / RFQ processes, vendor evaluation, and procurement compliance
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including Technology, Marketing, Finance, Legal, People, and M&A
• Able to work independently, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and prioritize competing priorities
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting business needs and timelines
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and the ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
