Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to develop and maintain web applications and supporting infrastructure for modern digital platforms. This role will involve end-to-end development—covering both frontend and backend systems—as well as participation in DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployment, scalability, and monitoring. You will play a key role in building tools and platforms that enhance digital content delivery, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related services.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain full stack web applications with a focus on delivering high-quality digital content and LMS-based solutions.

Develop responsive, user-friendly frontends and secure, efficient backend services.

Participate in code reviews, architectural planning, and knowledge-sharing activities to promote best engineering practices.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are achieved and end-user experiences are optimized.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-informed decisions.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems such as Moodle, Open edX, or Blackboard.

Proficiency in RESTful APIs , authentication methods (OAuth2, SSO), and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with DevOps workflows and tools such as Docker , cloud platforms ( AWS or GCP ), and CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with e-learning standards or content authoring tools (SCORM, xAPI).

Background in Simulation & Training, Gaming, Entertainment, or AR / VR technology.

Prior work in fast-paced or startup environments, with proven adaptability.

Passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries of immersive and interactive experiences.
