.Net Developer

Are you a seasoned .NET developer ready to take on a high-impact role in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment? We’re hiring 10 .NET Developers to join a dynamic team modernizing a large-scale servicing platform using cutting-edge technologies.

This is a full-time, onsite role (5 days / week) in Westlake Village, CA. Candidates must be eligible to convert to full-time employment after 6 months (contract-to-hire). No sponsorship available.

What You’ll Do

As a Application Developer, you’ll :

• Build scalable, cloud-native applications using .NET Core (v6 or v8), C#, and AWS services (EC2, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Containers, API Gateway)
• Develop across the full stack : front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and back-end
• Leverage AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate development
• Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to all phases of the SDLC
• Troubleshoot live systems and support production deployments
• Document solutions and ensure high-quality code through testing and peer reviews

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of professional development experience
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Full-stack development proficiency
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot or similar)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP)
• Bonus : Experience in financial services or mortgage technology
