Cannabis Packaging Associate

Packaging Associate Packaging Associates play a key role in the production environment.

A Production Associate is responsible for carrying out all daily packaging, labeling, and cleaning procedures that maintain Temescal Wellness’ highest standards of high-quality cannabis medicines for our patients and customers.

Associates package cannabis and cannabis-infused products into their shelf-ready state for sale at dispensaries.

They closely adhere to all Packaging SOPs and policies, and closely inspect products for quality assurance, flaws, and imperfections.

They are also responsible for maintaining the high standard of cleanliness that our state-of-the-art cannabis production facility requires.

Associates will utilize their great organizational skills and attention to detail while packaging a variety of high-quality cannabis medicines and products, in strict compliance with state and local rules and regulations.

Responsibilities  Package product according to schedule for the given day  Ensure compliance and accuracy of packaging SOPs Track and log all products and batches worked on Accurately count products for final packaging Daily cleaning routines and activities Assist in keeping track of non-cannabis inventory  Follow and execute the company's standard operating procedures Requirements At least 21 years of age High energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Ability to work with uniformity Data entry skills Experience with Google Suite Detail oriented Time management skills Works well in a team environment Ability to pass a comprehensive background check Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods Can physically lift up to, not exceeding, 50lbs Ability to complete multiple project with excellent follow-through Strong verbal communication skills Familiarity with METRC seed-to-sale software is a plus Experience with the use of Biotrack and Bartender, Ability to print labels from premade templates Familiarity with Massachusetts policies and regulations governing recreational / medical cannabis production Compensation and Benefits :
