Our culture is fast-paced, data-driven, and deeply customer-obsessed—and we’re just getting started.Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The Financial Analyst will support general accounting functions, retail financial processes, and data analysis. This role requires cross-functional coordination and strong communication with internal teams and external retail partners.Key ResponsibilitiesMonth -End Close & General Accounting
- Participate in month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Assist with daily accounting transactions, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis as needed
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and internal reporting
Inventory & Retail Transaction Oversight
Monitor and reconcile inventory transactions between accounting software, inventory and retail systemsAnalyze inventory movement, shrink, and cost variancesRetail Sales & Invoicing
Analyze retail sales and inventory data across multiple platformsReview retail purchase orders for accuracy and completenessReview and approve final retail invoices for accuracyManage retail payment applications and ensure the timely resolution of short pays or deductionsDispute & Deduction Resolution
Investigate and resolve payment disputes, chargebacks, and other deductions with retail customersCoordinate closely with the sales team and retail brokers to resolve issues efficientlyCross-Functional Communication
Communicate regularly with sales, operations, and third-party brokers to ensure alignment on retail activitiesServe as a point of contact for finance and supply chain matters with retail partners and customersOngoing Support
Support finance and business initiatives with data modeling and reporting in ExcelWho You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting; CPG industry experience strongly preferredStrong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, formulas, charts)Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across departments and with external partnersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBonus If You Have
Knowledge of trade promotion management and deduction handlingFamiliarity with supply chain finance or demand planning analyticsExperience working with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and logisticsWhat You’ll Get
