Key Responsibilities :

• Open and prepare incoming payments and documents for digital processing
• Accurately enter and verify information in internal systems following client procedures
• Operate high-volume document scanning equipment and ensure proper image quality
• Reconcile electronic reports with physical documents
• Complete routine processing tasks and escalate complex issues to management
• Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Follow all operational, audit, and security procedures
