Responsibilities :
Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulationsProvide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanlinessEnsure profitability by operating within established guidelines for food cost, labor, and sales growthCoordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiativesBe accountable for the proper staffing and training of the restaurantParticipate in local restaurant marketing and promote all Public Safety Foundation initiativesMaintain awareness and participation in community affairsRepresent Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive mannerCommunicate effectively with the GM / Owner regarding any business-related issuesMaintain restaurant equipment and report any problems immediately to the OwnerPerform any other duties assigned by the OwnerRequirements :
Possess a positive attitude and be ready and willing to manage the team and serve customers with a smileBe able to hire, train, and motivate a high-performance teamUnderstand and manage food and labor costsOperate the restaurant at maximum profitability1+ years of management experienceAdditional Requirements :
