Corporate Development Manager

A company is looking for a Strategy & Corporate Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-impact strategy and corporate development initiatives, including market analysis and M&A execution

Drive end-to-end corporate development processes, including commercial diligence and financial modeling

Manage cross-functional strategy initiatives from concept through execution, providing data-backed insights to senior leaders

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy consulting with a focus on M&A

Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in fast-paced environments

Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling

Executive presence with the ability to present to senior leaders and stakeholders
