Montash are currently partnered with a YC backed Voice AI start up based in Bay area that is looking for a Founding Machine Learning Engineer to join the expanding team. Their customer base is rapidly expanding, so they're scaling aggressively over the next 12 months, making this hire absolutely critical. In the last year alone, their headcount has grown 133%! 🚀

What Youll Do :

• Train and fine-tune LLMs and audio models for production speed, accuracy, and reliability
• Build datasets and define rigorous benchmarks to evaluate model performance
• Deploy models to production and monitor performance at scale
• Design and run scalable human evaluation pipelines
• Improve ML infrastructure for rapid experimentation and continuous delivery
