Job Description :

• Required to prioritize start-of-care visits.
• Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Next day mandatory reporting of start-of-care visits.
• Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit.
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office.
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours.
• Territory includes Sacramento, CA, with potential expansion as needed.
• Schedule consists of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with one weekend a month rotation.
• Training includes 3 full days, one in-house and two in the field.
• Documentation system used : Kinnser.
• Equipment issued includes an iPad and Verizon phone.
• Mileage reimbursement available for travel from first to last patient.
• Option for a company car is available with conditions.
• Productivity requirement of 30 points per week.
• Caseloads and visit mixes per day average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
