That's right, Dah'lin!! We operate an Allstate Agency inside of all 4 of the Price LeBlanc Family dealerships! That means you are working in an Allstate Agency where the opportunity to maximize your paycheck is endless! Our agency is growing rapidly which means we need someone to add to our dream team!

We are not your average Allstate Agency. The number of cars we sell each day is a new opportunity to quote, build relationships, and COLD CALLING is NOT necessary! That means endless opportunities to grow in every aspect!! As an Allstate Sales Professional, you get a base salary PLUS commission and bonuses. That’s right, BONUSES!

As an Agency Sales Professional, you should : have excellent verbal and written communication skills; be a confident self-starter who works well independently; maintains a positive, self-motivated attitude; be driven to fulfill customers’ needs; and be willing to obtain insurance licenses.

We have two locations we are hiring for! In Gonzales at Price LeBlanc Nissan and in Baton Rouge at Price LeBlanc Toyota.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN AGENCY SALES PROFESSIONAL (including but not limited to) :

• Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
• Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Be organized and efficient
• The Sales Professional opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Company, but employment as a staff with Allstate Exclusive Agents who are independent contractors.
