Job Summary : The Senior Program Manager will oversee the entire project life cycle for business application implementation projects, ranging from small to large in scale. This includes performing a full range of project management duties, ensuring the successful delivery of our implementation services, meeting client expectations, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction while effectively managing project scope. This role will also contribute to, employ, and advocate for Arctic IT's Project Implementation Methodology, while providing support to the Director of Program Services in a variety of tasks and activities.

Responsibilities : Essential functions include learning, utilizing, and promoting Arctic IT's Project Implementation Methodology, managing the full project life cycle ownership, managing concurrent small to large scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Power Platform / CRM, and custom IP solution implementation projects, building relationships and developing trust with key client stakeholders, planning projects to accomplish goals within constraints, managing project and program engagement, evaluating the progress on projects, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded, and staying current with latest project management strategies.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, minimum of 10 years in applied experience with complex project management preferably in ERP or CRM implementations, proven capability to build and maintain relationships, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions a plus, PMP certification is a plus, valid driver's license and insurance, applicants subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements related to the clearance process.
