Rebuild the Posterity Health high value procedure programWorking with marketing team to optimize direct-to-consumer marketing for key programs such as vasectomy and vasectomy reversal, sperm retrievalsWork with data analysts to define and deploy service line dashboardsManage a network of ASC and fertility center surgery center relationshipsSource surgery centers
Negotiate ratesStandup and manage a procedure by procedure authorization and payment process for corporate accountsOversee a staff accounting in the monthly reconciliation of ASC and Fertility Center procedure-related payments to appointment reportsWork cross-functionally develop and deploy standard operating procedures and training enablement for new service offerings and marketing campaignsPerform ad hoc service line analytics for requests not supported by dashboardMonthly summary reporting as required by direct supervisor, including funnel reportingOther responsibilities or deliverables as assignedJoin Posterity Health and be part of a team dedicated to making a difference in male fertility management.
