Overview

With iconic properties in Tucson and Lenox, and a new destination opening in Austin in 2026, we create life-changing experiences for guests through world-class service, innovative wellness programming, and extraordinary hospitality.

Canyon Ranch is seeking flexible Hospitality Support Specialists to join our growing team. This unique position is designed for flexible, hospitality-driven professionals who are open to travel and excited to contribute their expertise across multiple roles and departments.

These colleagues will provide operational support at any of our properties—Tucson, Lenox, or Austin (2026)—depending on business needs. Colleagues must submit their availability one quarter in advance, and Canyon Ranch will match schedules with placement opportunities based on business need.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Step into roles across Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Guest Services, including but not limited to :
  • Cook, Chef, Server, Host, Food & Beverage Manager
  • Guest Services Representative / Front-of-House Support
  • Deliver the Canyon Ranch standard of excellence in guest service and hospitality.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments, property layouts, and operational teams.
  • Provide hands-on support wherever needed to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to a culture of wellness, teamwork, and service.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional hospitality experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or wellness environments.
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to work in multiple roles.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive in changing environments.
  • Ability to travel nationally and commit to multi-week assignments as scheduled.
