Machine Operator

CorTech is seeking to hire a Machin Operator for our client in San Diego, CA! Benefits Available! $19.57-24.46 / Hour

• Work Requirement : 100% Onsite
• Shift : 1
• Work Days : Monday-Friday
• Shift Time : 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm PST (occasional 5-10 hours of OT available)
• Hours : 8 / day, 40 / week (occasional OT) Top 5 Required Skills 1. SMT Machine operation with electronic components placement 2. Component polarity knowledge 3. Ability to read schematic / drawings 4. I PC-610 Standard to ensure we have good quality boards 5. 1-Year of Work Experience : Operating Surface Mount Placement Equipment Technologies (What must this temp know to perform the required job duties (These are not preferred technologies - If they do not have these technologies they will be rejected completely)

• Be able to stand all day
• Use small tools such as tweezers
• Have good eyesight for polarity

• Prepares, loads and solders printed circuit boards, with minimal supervision. Performs rework and modifications of CCAs and some basic components / devices.
• Fabricates moderately complex wire harnesses and various cable assemblies.
• Performs mechanical assembly of panels, test boxes and chassis.
• Executes plans based on understanding of needs and requirements and resolves moderately complex build issues.
• Reads and interprets moderately complex mechanical drawings and blueprints to perform a variety of assembly operations.
• Performs moderately complex repair work, rework, removal, and modifications to assemblies or sub-assemblies as necessary.
• Contributes to the creation of new processes.
• Identifies and solves moderately complex issues and escalates other issues appropriately
