The Senior Program Manager is a seller-doer role that leads the strategy, development, capture, and execution of environmental and engineering projects. Environmental services include evaluation and management of potential environmental liabilities; site investigation, risk assessment, remediation, and construction management; compliance and permitting; RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, CWA and NEPA support; property redevelopment; and communication and negotiation with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.

Most work is anticipated to be office-based; participating in some site visits is a strong possibility.
Client or company meetings away from the office are likely.
This position will require travel by car or by air; anticipated to be approximately 20%. Some trips will require multiple overnights stays.
Language & Communication Skills :
Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
Must possess excellent writing capabilities and have experience generating reports suitable for submittal to clients.
Must possess effective communication and verbal skills.
Must be able to develop and lead business development, project summary, and technical status presentations.
Other Skills :
The candidate must possess mathematical skills commensurate with having earned a BS degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field.
Must be fluent in current computer applications and programs relevant to performing the job.
