Calendar Clerk - Bilingual

Our client, a busy, personal injury firm in midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Calendar Clerk, to join our winning team in New York City. Our candidate of choice will be fluent in Spanish and bring prior calendar management experience in a plaintiff’s law firm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Managing the firm’s daily and weekly court calendar, which includes appearances, conferences, per diem attorneys, mediations, trials, and more. Scheduling and confirming depositions, court reporters, and translators. Coordinating client / witness attendance for depositions, doctor appointments, and exams. Updating and maintaining the firm’s internal case management system.
