APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Sterling Heights and Dearborn looking to add an Occupational Therapist to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to provide functional and disability evaluations, hand therapy, and individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery. Keep reading for more details!

SHIFT : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Competitive salary range of $80,000 – $95,000 per year depending on experience

Direct Hire position – you'll be hired on directly with our client!

What your day will look like :

Conduct functional evaluations and assessments to determine rehabilitation and support needs

Perform evaluations to determine the need for attendant care, disability, or other services

Provide hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and recovery strategies

What we are looking for :

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) in Michigan

Experience in functional evaluations and disability assessments

Background in hand therapy preferred

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Ability to travel between Sterling Heights and Dearborn locations as needed
